We are currently seeking a RENTAL TOOL REPAIR TECHNICIAN which will take ownership of the rental tool room environment and communicates with the rental group regarding recommendations, providing solutions, being a forward thinker, team player, well organized and possess the ability to assist the department towards growth.

Responsibilities:
Repairs and maintains tools, pumps and equipment requiring mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic repair and performs preventive maintenance services.
Pretesting of hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, tools and links for the sole purpose of proper form, fit and function.
The job involves trouble-shooting, tearing down, repairing, reassembling and testing pumps, motors and tools in shop.
Works with sales and service team members, engineers and customers to meet the growing day to day repair requirements.
Checks tools for safety decals and safe operating features and maintains an accurate schedule and record of maintenance.
Assists in familiarizing and training customers on tool operation and maintenance.
Demonstrates orientation toward excellent customer service by conducting daily activities, communications and interactions in a cooperative, positive and professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum two (2) years of experience in repairing and maintaining tools and/or equipment.
Ability to diagnose and successfully repair equipment or tools and plan a logical approach to troubleshooting and prioritizing workload.
Must have and be able to use their own set of basic tools.
Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations.
Must be a dependable team player with high energy and a strong commitment to quality output.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
Ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater lbs.
Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching and reaching.
Must be able to wear protective equipment as needed.
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have clean and valid driver's license.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
